The T visa is a nonimmigrant visa for victims of human trafficking who are physically present in the U.S. due to trafficking and are willing to assist law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of their traffickers.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Victim of a severe form of trafficking (sex or labor trafficking involving force, fraud, or coercion).
- Physically present in the U.S. on account of trafficking.
- Cooperated with law enforcement, unless under 18 or traumatized.
- Would suffer extreme hardship if removed from the U.S.
- Must be admissible or apply for a waiver (Form I-192).

- File Form I-914 with evidence and personal statement
