What is an Employment Visa or a Work Visa?
An employment visa, also known as a work visa, is a legal document that allows foreign individuals to work in the USA for a designated period or work and live in the US permanently as Lawful Permanent Residents. These visas are designed to facilitate the employment of skilled workers, professionals, executives, and other individuals who contribute to the growth and development of the USA.
Employment-based visas are divided into two types: immigrant visas, such as EB1 visas, and temporary (nonimmigrant) work visas such as H1B, and TN visas.
